The graduate program offers structured training and development opportunities throughout the year. This includes learning about leadership, change management, communication, teamwork and working effectively in a professional environment. Graduates also complete development modules, participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and gain exposure to different teams and areas of the business. The program has helped me build both technical and professional skills, including problem-solving, stakeholder communication, project coordination and adapting to change. Regular feedback, goal setting and support from managers and colleagues also help graduates identify areas for improvement and plan for career development.
