Super flexible. I can work from home often 3 days a week, but there's no strict outlines on this. Working hours are also very flexible. Some days I start later, some days earlier, and we also can accumulate flexitime.
I work 7.5 hours a day. The organisation offers flexible working arrangements, including the option to work remotely two days per week, although this is not compulsory. I personally prefer working from the office, but it is helpful to have the flexibility available when needed.
Very flexible. It is possible to start at whichever time as long as the 7.5 working hours are completed. If not, there are options to take flexi time to finish early. Remote work is allowed for a maximum of 2 days a week.
