Workplace culture at Santos is good however it can depend what team you are in. In production, the teams are very involved with each other and work days often include going out for coffee to socialise and make new work connections. After work people often go out for work drinks on Fridays. Teamwork is very valued at Santos within a team however sometimes it can be lacking across teams.
