My daily tasks include closing engineering gaps for the chemical processing facilities and working on new projects to improve the current facility conditions.
I am currently working in subsurface gas production for the Cooper Basin team. As part of my role I look after all the wells within two sub areas in the Cooper Basin. I make sure to understand where our losses are coming from if production is down and how we can improve production by writing up well intervention programs such as reperforation or drift and broach to clean up the well. I find this role very rewarding due to the large responsibilities that come with it and the different people you come across such as operators, surface operations, integrity teams, and field control teams.
