It was organized interview with reasonable amount of questions/requirements.
Pretty good two interviews and a technical presentations.
HR was extremely polite and supportive, and I could tell they were doing the most to help me. I didn't like how it was online when I could have met everyone in the office though (interview held online when both teams live in Adelaide).
The interview process consisted of set questions involving Santos's key values. These questions were a good way to demonstrate your understanding of the company and how you can contribute. The interviews were a good way to talk to the head of departments about what kind of work you may be involved in and what the graduate program looks like.
