Pretty good but could be better
I find it motivating as a graduate to have stepped income changes every 6 months and very appreciative of the share plus option too.
The pay at Santos is generous for a graduate engineer and considered higher compared to many other graduate roles. Being partly based on site I also get extra allowances to help cover commutes and fifo living. Santos provides work ubers when required for work visits as well as compensation for any food or accomodation expenses incurred whilst on business trips.
