Santos offers a variety of training courses throughout the year. Your team leader will often pass them onto you and recommend you complete them according to your professional development plan. As graduates you are also assigned modules each year to complete similar to online coursework at university. These modules help form a base understanding of your role and the technical aspects involved. Within your team you will often have one on ones with your team leader at least monthly to check in with how you are finding work, make sure you are hitting your performance goals and provide any feedback on your work.
