One day a week working from home and every second Friday off
Depends on the team you are in. My previous team was quite strict with working in the office unless you had an appointment you could WFH but they preferred you come back to work. My current team is fantastic and very flexible with no questions asked (to a point) they allow 1 WFH day per week if needed. You will only get TOIL with remote work from weekend days (even if you work 12 hour days during the week, no TOIL) which is not ideal. It isn't metered hourly either - for one weekend day of ~12 hours, you get one office day for 7.5 hours in TOIL.
Work hours are quite flexible in Santos. We have a set amount of hours however some days you may have to do more and others you may do less. The key point is getting all your work done to a high standard. Santos also has flex Friday which allows us to take every second Friday off. In some graduate positions you are also allowed to work from home one day a week.
