The office culture is quite strong. There are many opportunities for socialising. People are generally spread out across so that employees of differing heirachy can interact and provide learnings to each other, and different projects allow for people to work with each other on different occassions.
It is small/medium company moving to a more corporate framework and is losing its soul
We often have social events including dinners, lunches, and young professional events and usually have lunch together, completing the crossword and the quiz in the newspaper together. We often have a group of people go and get coffee together in the mornings and everyone gets along really well. On top of that, we are in close contact with out other offices in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide and often utilise the different skill sets across the country. Although we have a lot of offices around Australia, the company as a whole is a tight knit one. The higher up members of the board and management team are also very friendly and want everyone to strive for excellence and because we are a Body Corp, we are really working for one-another and it shows in how we work together.
Great culture. Everyone is so nice. Fun workplace.
The staff are all hard working and driven, which would be considered an important trait to have as a new grad and also helps with motivation to work. All employees are approachable no matter what their level, meaning that junior staff have access to any information and learning opportunities. The office is team oriented and delegate tasks effectively to get projects completed to a high standard (junior staff are encouraged to ask questions again providing opportunity to learn) Social events are fun, often with a budget for being able to have nice events for significant parts of the year (EOFY and Christmas). The team are fun to be around inside and outside of the office
