I was hired outside of the general hiring process. This process consisted of the following events: 1. Submitting my resume 2. Receiving a phone call from the HR team a few days after submission to ask a few unprompted questions (why did you choose Senversa, what are you studying, what teams are you interested in joining?) 3. Receiving a follow up call requesting a time for an interview 4. An in-person interview with two members of the team 5. receiving a phone call and formal job offer approximately a week later
I initially had an interview over zoom (this was pretty recent after Covid restrictions), however I believe they do in-person interviews now. Within a couple of days, my reference checks had been done and I was offered the graduate position. The interview was relatively informal with two people asking me questions and it was a relatively stress free and easy process.
Very good. Contacted Senversa. Had an interview the next week. then started work 2 weeks after that.
