As I only started the program in May 2026, I feel as though I have yet to see what it takes to move up the ranks. My manager has provided me with advice and guidance on how to deliver within my position which ultimately will show character and prove that I can work efficiently within this industry.
There seem to be good opportunities for career progression, especially for graduates who are proactive and willing to learn. The graduate program provides exposure to different areas of the business, which helps build a strong foundation early in your career. My career goal is to become a Project Engineer, and I feel the company is giving me valuable opportunities and experiences that support that aspiration.
