My team works at 2 different offices. The Transport building located in Parramatta and the ConnectSydney Rockdale office. Physical work environment, location and facilities are good where dress code at the Parramatta office is much more formal than the Rockdale office. Parramatta office is much more open with a lot of natural light and scenery that I believe create a more motivating work environment. On the other hand, Rockdale office lacks the natural light and spacious vibe that Parramatta has.
The dress code is generally smart casual. Employees can wear company-branded polo shirts, but they are not mandatory. The ConnectSydney office in Rockdale has lots of parking space and a range food options nearby. The workplace itself is comfortable and well set up, with desks, ergonomic chairs, and dual-monitor workstations. The company also offers access to onsite physiotherapist and psychologist, which demonstrates a strong commitment to employee health and wellbeing.
