Most teams are based virtually and so the socialisation can be limiting. Teamwork is generally dependent on the team and work required. But generally colleagues get along well and a set structure.
The workplace culture among the graduates is fantastic, you go through some great bonding during our Service Delivery Placement, and you make great friends. The culture outside of your graduate group is team dependant, some teams have great culture, others not so much. My team has good cultures but maybe is a bit quiet.
