
Seems pretty good. There's lots of different pathways for recruitment for different people, and my cohort is very diverse. However, i notice as you move up the ranks into senior leadership its very much not diverse. Ok gender balance, but not much else.
The agency has dedicated teams that look after diversity and inclusion programs within the workplace.
I think this agency makes a committed effort to diversity and inclusion. For example, there are lgbtqi+ networks, and neurodiverse networks within the agency. The staff are diverse and inclusive.
