Pretty good! it would be nice if my managers were a bit more involved and proactive with my learning, but they've always been available and helpful when i reach out.
My managers are either next to me in my office or only a teams message/call away. If there is any issues, they will communicate with me and if there is any praise they would like to give me they will either: discuss in our weekly standup, send me a teams message or put it in our group chat. They are always looking out for me - they will message me a few times a day to check in on me and ensure that i have enough tasks to get me through the day.
Managers in my team are very supportive.
My manager goes above and beyond her scope to support me and develop me as a social worker. She is a wonderful mentor and i am confident in my job due to her.
