It's the start of my second placement. My role is program support officer and i am responsible for the employee warriors and roundtable initiatives for services australia.
Pretty good! if anything i sometimes find i don't have enough to do, but the work i am given is usually very interesting and is always real work that needs to be done.
I monitor the mailbox, send emails to relevant ses and coworkers in other teams, write end edit reports, assist my coworkers with tasks, communicate to other agencies and keep everyone up to date with important information that comes through the mailbox.
My supervisor assigned tasks those are suitable for my experience and gradually increase the complexity of the tasks for learning and development.
I feel like the work i am given are appropriate and give me an opportunity to learn and apply my knowledge.
