Most roles within the agency offer flexible working arrangements including: Work from home up to 4 times per week; flexible working arrangements including flexible start/finish times as well as accruing "flex leave" by working longer which you can use to take hours or days off on top of your annual leave. Any required travel is compensated with generous food allowance and a reimbursement of all hotel and travel costs.
I am very satisfied with the pay, I believe it is an appropriate amount for a graduate position. Please also note that at Services Australia there are two graduate pay points depending on your level of education. Pay point 1 is approximately 70,000 AUD per annum, which applies to graduates who have a bachelors, while graduates pay point 2 is 79,322 AUD per annum for graduate that have anything beyond a bachelors (honours, masters, PhD). I believe this distinction is not fair and should all be the same for all graduates.
