LinkedIn Learning courses are available to employees. Employees also receive coaching and regular performance feedback. Formal training can be quite dull however.
The training in my home team has been great - It has been very open; I was able to ask a lot of questions and build independence. After about 4-6 weeks I would say I was doing task independently and built confidence.
