I wished there was opportunities for work from home more.
Extremely flexible. Start and finish times are flexible as well as the possibility to work more hours some days to get extra flex leave. This is role dependent and some roles may be less flexible.
Services Australia uses flex time and thus is very flexible (you can arrange to have appointments during the day and to work extra hours to cover it). You can also organise a rostered day off (RDO). There are also options for working from home, but not 100% for a grad.
