There is lots of opportunity for promotion here and there are clear pathways that are set to follow. I would only point that I would like to see more women in senior leadership roles.
To move up the ranks you have to obviously perform and bill continuously. But that is a lot easier than people realise. If you are consistent in your work you will be consistent in your billing and it will all fall together so quickly.
Promotion opportunities exist all across the business. As the areas you look after are quite individual, there is a lot of opportunity to progress within the business. There is also a good pathway that has been put into place by the business which shows how you can progress throughout the role
