It is very flexible and the hours are reasonable. I have the freedom to work from home as well as choose the hours that suit my lifestyle best.
The office hours are dependent on each consultant and team, as a whole we all trust each other to get our job done and we all as a collective seem to work similar hours and get to choose if we come in a bit earlier we can leave earlier for extra curricular activities. As the trust is there that you will complete all your work. Again, the values are shown throughout everything we do as a team and organisation.
The company is very flexible with working hours. The business does have core set hours that most people follow, but you can start earlier/later and finish earlier/later. You can also work from home and if you have meetings you can work the morning or afternoon from home as well.
Sharp & Carter is extremely accommodating with hours, as an intern they have been very flexible with my varied schedule.
I work 8-5pm that is the expectation and to be in the office everyday
