Culture is healthy and performance driven. Slightly lacking in after/out of work culture but seemingly an after effect of covid & WFH flexibility
In office culture is good and people are friendly although can be quite separated/segregated into various teams and departments. This means it can be difficult to interact and connect across different areas of the business. Open plan office and hot desking means everyone feels very approachable and non-hierarchical which is good. Good social energy and atmosphere when we have team or company events.
Mainly people only socialise during office hours and go home rather than hang out outside of office hours. However, among the grads everyone is welcoming and friendly.
Feels like a real team. Great culture
