Strong emphasis on increasing female numbers in the workplace, but this is sometimes at the mercy of the male employees.
High level of diversity within the organisation. As a global company, many people relocate internationally leading to cross-pollination of ethnicities and ideas. In my immediate team of 15, maximum two people are of the same birth-country.
