I obtained the Graduate role through Internship opportunity so am referring to the Internship process and assessment. I enjoyed that the major assessment was focused on a business case and tested analytical and decision making skills rather than just ability to answer regular style interview questions. I did find that there were some long periods without any communications or updates on the application process, likely due to internal processes and reviews taking place.
I went through the recruit process as an intern which was very thorough with many stages and was a significant time commitment on top of university. However, I think it was appropriate.
Incredible guidance from Greg Wowor through recruitment process. I found the interview and assessment format interesting and engaging. Felt like a more fair assessment than I ever got at other firms.
