Formal training program is through the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) for Supply Train Graduates. This is a great opportunity to access globally recognised training/qualification and has helped to build skills in commercial contracting. I would have preferred some more informal training opportunities, especially earlier as a new joiner to help bridge the gap for some of the Shell processes and specific role requirements which you end up learning as you go.
The opportunities for formal training are great and through mentorship within my team I've learnt so much.
