Very flexible. WFH 2-3days possible & common. Flexible hours to work around life common
My experience is that the tmployer is flexible and accommodating with working hours to suit your schedule, although this would also largely depend on your individual team and personally I am happy to work regular hours in line with others in my team so have had no challenges. Remote working/working from home policy is clearly defined at minimum 3 days in office for full time employees.
Very flexible however I do come into the office at least 4 days a week for my own learning
