Promotions usually occur every 2 years for all levels All employees are reviewed semi-annually on traits like ownership of work, client management, and leadership over junior staff The firm does an okay job at providing opportunities to fulfil career aspirations. You become an expert in pricing topics and growth strategy. However, there is a large percentage (>50%) of pricing projects (which could get quite repetitive) concentrated in only 2-3 industries. You won't get the full spectrum of learning like you would at a larger firm.
DFAT graduates start as an APS4 and move to an APS5 automatically after completion. Promotions are then through a bulk round process. There are also opportunities to apply for overseas postings.
