My hours are from 7-3:30. However, the management are very flexible and will listen to your needs.
My manager is extremely supportive when it comes to work hours. Making time up else where is available. Although occasional overtime is needed to complete tasks with deadlines etc. This is manageable.
7:30 - 17:00 I would say no flexible, as it's plant based (normal).
