I receive free drinks once a month as part of the Melbourne Social Club. Outside from that I don't receive anything as part of my role.
I am generally satisfied with my base salary. We do have flexible leave policy, I don't have to give very early notice, and my manager is very accommodating with leaves. We do have some uber benefits which I have not utilised yet. We also receive flu shots annually covered by company.
In General happy with what i got paid, and the trainings and development the company offer to me.
