Part of the graduate program in this role is to expose you to different opportunities and develop your career prospects. It would be nice to know that a position is available when finishing the program
The graduate program is designed to rotate you around different roles and there is an expectation that you will be promoted to a non-graduate role after about 2 years, or sooner if needed. From then on, promotions follow a typical system as with any large company. Build a personal brand and clearly communicate your career aspirations so your leaders can help you gain exposure.
