Sovereign Private is a boutique-chartered accounting firm based in Sydney, recently rated as an Australian Financial Review Top 100 Accounting Firm.
There are annual reviews where you will speak to both partners on performance and career progression. This involves some preparation which is assisted by managers. Job expectations are also laid out for each position so it is clear to see what skills are required to achieve promotion.
We have regular check ins with managers to assess our performance and performance reviews with the managers for pay rises and promotions. If the partners believe that you have potential you are offered opportunities to advance.
