Sovereign Private is a boutique-chartered accounting firm based in Sydney, recently rated as an Australian Financial Review Top 100 Accounting Firm.
There are a broad range of services provided to clients from management accounts, compliance, tax planning, superannuation and more. Often, work will focus around these tasks dependent on lodgment dates. However, work can change if there are new projects or clients which gives a range of different tasks to perform day-to-day.
I feel like I am challenged to an acceptable level that allows growth
The work at Sovereign is fairly diverse and interesting. There is plenty of opportunity to follow the pathway you are most interested in and the managers care about your interests and will try and give you work you want. There are ups and downs in workloads as expected and it can sometimes be overwhelming if you have not worked in accounting before although it just takes some adjustment.
