Flexible work hours with regular office hours from 8.45-5.15. Study leave is also provided for University and CA students which assists greatly in managing work and study.
Due to the tight knit team everyone is quite understanding with the amount of flexibility. However, most people work from office 5 days a week.
The company has fairly standard office hours. There are busy seasons where generally people will be working more than the 7.5 office hours although this is also standard in the accounting industry.
