I am a law grad, I can eventually become an associate once I am admitted, then a senior associate, and then a Special Counsel or Partner. From my understanding it takes time post being admitted to the Supreme Court, and experience in your practice area to progress, but is team specific.

It appears that once you are in as a grad, pay progression is quite slow. You can become an associate automatically at 2 years PQE but there is no pay rise for this.
