I feel like my colleagues are a diverse group of people and everyone appreciates having a diverse team with different backgrounds and perspectives.

I understand Sparke Helmore is committed to diversity and inclusion. From my own experience, I see pride flags in offices and my boss carries her access card with a pride lanyard. I participated in a pro bono trip to the western region of NSW to draft wills for First Nations Australians. We participated in cultural training in Dubbo.
