There are many environmental initiatives at Sparke Helmore Lawyers, for example, we have compost bins and ensure that coffee cups are disposed of in an environmentally conscious manner.
I was unaware of Sparke Helmore's commitment to reducing their environmental impact. From a brief perusal, I understand Sparke Helmore is an active member of the Australian Legal Sector Alliance (AusLSA). The Environmental Management Plan identifies actions in the key areas of our operation and how we can reduce our impact on the environment. These key areas are electricity consumption, paper consumption, waste management, business travel, premises and supply chains. At a local level Sparke Helmore has Green Teams who support our national Environmental Management Plan with national and local initiatives in each office.
