We have had two grad development days, where we have received introductions to the firm and general training. I always feel like I can chat to my colleagues for advice/mentoring. There have been various training sessions and seminars since I have started that I can/have attended.
I am a part of the mentorship program, there are opportunities for training fundamentals often and CPD events.
The graduate program training was good. Ongoing they have training sessions you can register for online.
There is a mentor program. The Partner I work for often provides constructive feedback which I find helpful. I am given opportunities to take on different work within our practice area.
