While i'm not fully satisfied with the salary, i'm extremely happy with the career opportunities. my career progression so far has been strong and promising.
Opportunities to promotion is open but need to prepare and have conversations with the team. yourself have to have initiatives and need to push and follow up all the way even though your performance is good, still need to speak up. also promotion and salary increase is separate thing which is ridiculous to me.
Currently a student so i do not get any promotions or opportunities to move up yet
