I couldn't be happier with the workplace culture in bendigo. everyone gets along well both during and after office hours. we have fun together, including playing table tennis with colleagues and socializing regularly. the strong social connections are one of the most enjoyable aspects of the workplace.
Workplace culture is good, people are warm and friendly. happy hours once a month, catering by the company. also have some social events hosted by different clubs but need to pay the money. there are some morning tea events organized between different disciplinary teams, fortnightly but catering by teams in order, so no funding provided.
