SA is great at hearing your desired career progression goals and aligning the types of work towards developing a mutual plan that addresses individual career progression and achievement of the organisation's goals.
Being a graduate a lot more doors are open for me to try, see if I like the role and am a good fit, then discussions with the team and manager can be had to transition into that role. After the program is completed I will be rotating back into my first team, being offered a full time role there. There is a consistent push for internal staff to move laterally should they want to within the business. There is an internal hiring board showing what roles are currently being advertised, the opportunity being presented internally for staff to move before then being advertised on external websites.
