Standards Australia's leadership approach is centered on empowering employees through mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities. Managers genuinely invest in building capability across their teams, creating a culture where individuals are supported to grow professionally and reach their full potential.
The culture is very good at Standards Australia, you are never left without knowing what to do or how to do it. You are always encouraged to ask as many questions as possible to improve your learning and improve as a team member. Teamwork is very common as you will be working with other teams frequently, for example, a project may be picked up by Strategic Initiatives but will also involve, CESIR, Research & Analysis and Comms depending on the needs of the project.
