The recruitment team were very friendly and helpful in outlining the responsibilities of the role, how the graduate program would be structured, and conveying the friendly culture of the organisation.
The interview and assessment process is quick and efficient, after having a phone screening you are then invited to the assessment center. Spending the day in person being presented with different challenges and assessed on your ability to present and solve those problems. From there I was then invited to a panel interview with 2 Senior Managers and 1 executive, being interviewed to see if I would be an appropriate fit within the organization. Every step during this process was fast, the whole process from application to final offer was a few months, I was in consistent communication with the hiring team to make sure I wasn't left alone and was given consistent support throughout the process.
