The pay and benefits are in line with what is on offer within the industry, hybrid days are offered after 6 weeks of starting your role, from there you have the option to work from home 2 days per week. The 9 day fortnight policy is also a large selling point as you are able to have a set day off during the week every fortnight, provided you work the additional hours in leu (1 extra hour per day).
