Standards Australia provides a well-positioned graduate salary alongside a variety of benefits that promote work-life balance, employee wellbeing and a healthy, sustainable workplace culture.
The salary was aligned to my expectations and competitive compared to other graduate programs in the commerce sector. The benefits were also favourable and ranked above what I had seen in other graduate programs - making Standards Australia an obvious choice for me to grow in accordance with my career aspirations.
Pay consistent with market average, good benefits.
The pay and benefits are in line with what is on offer within the industry, hybrid days are offered after 6 weeks of starting your role, from there you have the option to work from home 2 days per week. The 9 day fortnight policy is also a large selling point as you are able to have a set day off during the week every fortnight, provided you work the additional hours in leu (1 extra hour per day).
