The Graduate Program offers specialised workshops, self-led training modules, 1:1 mentorship & 1:1 buddies to support your professional development.
Graduates are given several workshops to participate in during the program, ranging from 2 hours to a half day, these are all tailored on a specific skill that is being built or improved upon, such as presentation skills, thinking like an executive, and thinking with a commercial mindset. The graduate program also offers a mentoring and buddy program to further help you in your development.
