While I have had positive experiences with my managers, there can be differences in the level of mentoring, guidance, and recognition provided across teams. Encouraging a more consistent approach to employee development and recognition may help reduce perceptions of inequity and ensure employees feel valued regardless of their reporting structure.
Managers are very accessible and open to communication, performance feedback and praise and recognition. They embrace that kind of culture where it helps all of their team.
