After applying, took about 1 or 2 months to hear back to submit more documents, a month later the interview commenced, about 2 weeks after the interview was notified of offer via call

I found the communication was open and clear. The process was carried out in a timely manner.
Usual automatic video interview after submitting the resume, followed by phone call screening and then in person interview. All smooth but no contact between video interview and phone screening which was approx 3 months.
