I have done so many training of all sorts including safety, grammar, rules, regulations. All easy to follow and straight forward, just time consuming but rewarding and useful information (mostly).
Linkedin learning, upskilling opportunities available, lots of support granted by co workers for projects
Some training are really beneficial and some of it just pretty much bsic and boring stuff
There is support by the employer to attend external training sessions during the year. However, I feel that there could be more internal, team-based training session to keep the team feeling motivated, inspired by recent or upcoming projects or focused on practicing new skills to open up more opportunities.
Graduate program is quite nice, however most development will come from your direct team. Support is team based but my team has been really supportive in my development.
