Put simply, they are very flexible here. As a university student, I typically work two days a week during semesters. At a seasonal level, I am able to take more time off to study when approaching exam periods and work more days (usually 4 per week) when on holidays.
Work hours are exceptionally flexible. I have never had an issue with any team or rotation with working hours. Working from home is greatly appreciated as well as it allows me to maximize my personal life experience alongside work commitments.
2 days a week are working from home, and it is not expected that you work long hours. work life balance is excellent
