Everyone is very friendly and approachable. In project-based roles you work very closely with your project team. Social events are aplenty and generally occur within working hours.
Supportive of grads. Most people are quite approachable and are always open for a chat no matter their rank. There are not many social events but I socialise with coworkers outside of work.
